Terms of Service

1. About the Service

OPC Community (operated by Leago AI Inc., "we", "us") is an online community platform for solo founders and one-person company builders. We currently offer: user accounts, a Daily Builder Pulse digest, external event aggregation, an accelerator & grants database, LaunchPad product submissions (with giveaways), weekly check-ins, saved events, and a Perk Wishlist. A paid subscription tier called OPC Elite is coming soon.

2. Accounts & Authentication

Creating an account is required to access Dashboard features. You can sign up via email + password or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

By signing in with Google, you authorize Google to share your email, name, and avatar with us. We use this information to create and maintain your account profile.

3. LaunchPad Product Submissions

LaunchPad is a product discovery surface for OPC Community's founders and early adopters. When submitting a product, you agree to the following:

• Every launch must include a real, usable giveaway (discount, free trial, or lifetime code). Listings without a giveaway won't be approved.
• You represent that you own the product or are authorized by the owner to submit it.
• Submitted content (description, logo, promo code, redemption instructions) must be truthful, accurate, and lawful.
• You are responsible for honoring the giveaway terms. If your promo code expires after approval, update or delete the listing promptly.
• Free accounts can submit up to 1 launch; OPC Elite members can submit up to 3 and qualify for featured placement.

Review & Rejection

All submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours. We may reject any submission at our reasonable discretion — for example, if the giveaway is missing or fake, content is misleading, the submission violates laws or these Terms, or we deem it spam / low quality. Rejected submitters may appeal by emailing support@opc.community.

4. Claiming Giveaways

When you click "Claim" to redeem a giveaway on LaunchPad:

• We show you the promo code and redemption instructions.
• Your email is shared with the product owner to track redemptions, prevent abuse, and contact you (product owner's use is governed by their own privacy policy).
• The actual redemption happens on the product owner's website. We are not the provider of the giveaway and make no guarantees about promo code availability or product quality.

5. User Content

Content you submit through the Dashboard (product descriptions, weekly check-ins, perk suggestions, saved events, etc.) remains yours. By submitting, you grant OPC Community a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and operate on that content within our services.

You can delete your content at any time. Some content (e.g., launches that have been claimed) may be retained in necessary audit records.

6. Waitlist & OPC Elite

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and requires no payment. By joining, you agree to receive notification emails when OPC Elite launches. You can request removal at any time.

OPC Elite (Future Subscription)

OPC Elite is currently being developed. When it launches, the following will apply:

• Standard annual fee: $199 USD/year
• Waitlist early bird price: $99 USD/year
• Fees are in USD and processed via Stripe
• Renews annually, cancel anytime
• Benefits remain active until the end of the billing period after cancellation

Specific benefits and terms may be adjusted before launch. We'll notify waitlist members of final terms before launch.

7. Acceptable Use

When using any OPC Community service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Not send spam or unsolicited promotions
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not impersonate others or use false identities
• Not use automated means (bots) to fake upvotes, claims, or account activity
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or circumvent our security measures
• Respect the privacy of other users and product owners

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and removal of submitted launches.

8. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Content

Blog posts, Daily Pulse digests, Playbooks, and other original content on the Site are copyrighted. You may read and share links for personal use, but may not reproduce or republish at scale.

Third-Party Aggregated Content

Our Daily Pulse, Events, and Funding & Programs pages aggregate public information from third-party platforms (X/Twitter, Luma, Devpost, accelerator websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of this information. Please verify key details (deadlines, amounts, terms) yourself before applying or claiming.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Information on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. Giveaways on LaunchPad are offered by third-party product owners — we do not guarantee their availability or product quality. You should make independent decisions based on your own circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leago AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service (including any disputes over LaunchPad giveaways). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in fees in the preceding 12 months.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard settings, cancel your OPC Elite subscription, or remove yourself from the waitlist. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for reasonable cause (material breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirement).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time, particularly when launching OPC Elite or new features. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-Dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the courts of California.
