1. About the Service

OPC Community (operated by Leago AI Inc.) is an online community platform for solo founders and one-person company builders. The Service currently includes: a daily builder digest, curated accelerator and opportunity listings, event aggregation, blog content, and a waitlist. A paid membership community with additional features will launch in the future.

2. Waitlist & Future Membership

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and requires no payment. By joining, you agree to receive notification emails when the membership program launches. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time.

Future Membership

The membership program is currently being developed. When it launches, the following terms will apply:

• Standard annual fee: $99 USD/year
• Waitlist early bird price: $49 USD/year
• All fees are in USD and processed via Stripe
• Membership renews annually, cancel anytime
• Benefits remain active until end of billing period after cancellation

Specific membership benefits and terms may be adjusted before launch. We will notify waitlist members of final terms before launch.

3. Acceptable Use

When using any OPC Community services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Not send spam or unsolicited promotions
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not impersonate others or use false identities
• Respect the privacy of other users

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Our Content

Blog posts, daily digests, and other original content on the Site are copyrighted. You may read and share links for personal use, but may not reproduce or republish at scale.

Third-Party Content

Our daily builder digest, events page, and opportunities page aggregate public information from third-party platforms (X/Twitter, Luma, Devpost, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy of this information. Deadlines, investment amounts, and terms in our opportunities listings may change — please verify before applying.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Information and content on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. You should make independent decisions based on your own circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leago AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in fees in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may request removal from the waitlist or cancel your membership at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for reasonable cause.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time, particularly when our membership program launches. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the courts of California.
