• Your biggest challenge as a solo founder (optional)
• Payment information when membership launches (processed via Stripe — we never store card numbers)

• IP address and approximate location (country/city level)
• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and time of access
• Referral source

3. How We Use Your Information

• Manage the waitlist and notify you when membership launches
• Provide and improve our site content and services
• Send important community updates (such as membership launch notifications)
• Analyze site usage to improve our product
• Process payments and provide membership services once launched

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

4. Data Storage & Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption and access controls. Waitlist data is stored in secure cloud services. Future payment data will be processed via Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Waitlist data is retained until the membership program launches. If you choose not to join, we will delete your data within 90 days. Member data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.

OPC Community is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, particularly when our membership program launches. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
